The 2026 Market Season is upon us, and we need your help!

Position: Seasonal Farmers Market Associate

Dates: Sunday, 6:45am to 1:30pm, May through November

Description: Hands-on, physical job—setting up, lifting and moving product, and keeping displays looking great—all while engaging with customers and sharing our brand. If you’re energetic, friendly, and ready to work outdoors, we want you on our team!

WHEAT HARVEST

Hand kneading naturally leavened sourdough bread loaf at Pittsburgh bakery

TRUE ARTISAN BREAD, FROM SEED TO CRUMB.

It starts with four heritage wheat varieties grown by us in Pinal County, Arizona.

Once harvested, they're transported to our artisan bakery and milled in-house before being transformed into your favorite naturally leavened loaf, roll, baguette, and more.

Our breads are naturally fermented and hand shaped, but we don't let that limit us.

A mouth-watering assortment of miche bread loaves, with beautiful designs scored into their crusts that add to their rustic and handmade appearance.
